What exactly does a lifestyle and household concierge do?
We take on the tasks that quietly eat your time and headspace — anything from managing your calendar and correspondence as a personal chief of staff, to travel, events and gifting, to running the staff, vendors and maintenance behind your home. If it can be handed off, we can likely take it on.
How does an engagement begin?
With a confidential conversation. Reach out through the enquiry form or by email, and we'll arrange a complimentary discovery call to understand what you need, confirm scope and agree a rate before anything begins.
How much does it cost, and is it a big commitment?
Not necessarily. We work As You Go from $120/hour for single tasks with no ongoing commitment, Regularly from $110/hour for consistent support, on a Monthly Retainer for a dedicated block of hours, or on a Bespoke basis for larger, complex engagements. Every quote is indicative and confirmed on your discovery call.
Which areas do you service?
We service Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Hills, Eastern Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Northern Suburbs and regional suburbs within two hours of Adelaide. Based elsewhere? Get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes, always. Discretion sits at the centre of how we work, and every engagement is protected by confidentiality agreements as standard.
Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes. We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, and our team is police-checked, First Aid & CPR certified, with current Working With Children Checks for family and newborn support. Full documentation is available on request before any engagement begins.
Do I need to be present while you work?
Not at all. Most of what we do happens quietly in the background. We'll agree whatever level of contact suits you, from a brief weekly check-in to running with full autonomy.
What if I need something outside your standard hours?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Bookings outside these times are usually possible and may incur an additional charge — just let us know what you need.
